User Accounts:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any order placed using your account will be treated as an order placed by you.

Operational Rights:

Anusha Reddy Style Book reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or its services at any time without notice. Pending orders will either be fulfilled or refunded in full. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our website or services.

Warranty & Liability Disclaimer:

Anusha Reddy Style Book is not liable for any damages caused by the use of our products or any delay or failure in order fulfillment due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure events). We do not provide warranties beyond the product's stated features.

All content on this website — including images, text, and design — is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, or exploit any content without written permission. Any violation will be subject to legal action under the jurisdiction of Thane Courts, Maharashtra.

Damaged Products:

We ensure quality checks before dispatch. However, damage during transit may occur. If your order arrives damaged, email us at anushareddystylebook@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please include photos of the damage for review. Based on our review, we will offer a replacement with the same or similar product based on availability. Damage claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Missed Deliveries:

Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver your order up to 3 times.
If undelivered, the order will be returned to us. Re-shipping is available upon request with an additional charge of ₹250. For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, re-shipment will only be processed after full pre-payment of product cost and re-shipping charges.
