Exchange Policy:

We offer exchanges within 4 days of delivery, provided the saree Is unused and in its original condition and is neatly packed in the original cover

Important:
We currently do not provide a pick-up service. Return shipping must be arranged by the customer at their own expense.

Return & Refund Policy:

Returns are only accepted if the product is defective or damaged. To be eligible for a return, you must provide a full unboxing video — clearly showing the package being opened from start to finish. The request must be made within 4 days of delivery. Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 8–10 working days.
